Oh man, Glen, your reviews make me hungry! And I really miss the restaurants in Salt Lake - in the suburbs out here on the East coast, it's hard to NOT eat at a chain. Independent places are few and far between if you're not in the city.

As a side note - I have to put in a vote for the Ho Ho on 33rd South in SLC; I had many a cheap lunch there and always left happy and full :)

Great post, I agree that many people are reluctant to try something new. I love trying new food, but many restaurants (like Thai Siam in SLC, UT) provide a great cultural experience...and this sounds like something Mia does. I plan to go sometime soon on a Friday to experience the food and hear the Inca flute music.

I have received lot's of positive feedback from many and I have decided to add probably 2 pages and work on improving the graphics, mostly background elements but some foreground elements are sloppy too.

My sister has grammar fixes for me and some of the text I have changed as after reading it aloud to my own kids a few times it just did not read well at certain parts.

Look for version 2 in a few weeks.

Hey Glen,

My feet are finally recovering but I did loose a toenail :(
but I don't regret pushing myself up to the top at all.

It was good times. Next time we are totally doing the drive up and camp style of camping.

Talk to you soon,

Dale
